Each therapist has their own profile page โ simply click their photo to learn more
How soon can I start therapy?
Our online booking calendar is always kept up to date in real time. Availability varies by therapist and specialization, but you can typically find an open appointment within the week. If you are hoping to match with a specific practitioner who appears full, please reach out to our administration team to be added to their priority waitlist.
What can I expect during my first therapy session?
Your initial session is focused entirely on building comfort and understanding your goals. Your therapist will briefly review online privacy protocols, and then invite you to share your current challenges. From there, your therapist will guide the session and begin outlining a personalized plan to help you move forward at a pace that feels safe for you.
How is confidentiality handled?
Your privacy is our highest priority. All sessions are completely confidential and conducted over a secure video platform. There are standard legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality (such as an immediate safety risk), which your therapist will review clearly with you during your initial meeting. You will also receive our complete privacy policy to review digitally prior to your first appointment.
Are your therapists covered by insurance?
Yes, our registered professionals are often eligible for coverage under many Canadian insurance plans. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific coverage details for the therapist you choose to work with.
What are the rates for therapy sessions?
Our rates align with the recommended fee schedules for registered therapeutic professionals. Because we have a diverse team of clinicians with varying levels of specialization, rates may vary slightly. You can view the specific rates for each of our professionals directly on their profile pages before booking.
Where are your services available?
We are proud to support clients across Canada, offering accessible virtual and in-person sessions with our team of professionals.
Do you offer therapy for children and teens?

What types of issues can your therapists help with?
Our diverse team of therapists offers evidence-based care for a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, and relationship complexities.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes, many of our therapists offer flexible scheduling, including evening availability, to accommodate your routine. You can filter by availability on our therapist directory to find a professional whose schedule aligns with yours.
How long is a typical therapy session?
A standard individual therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes, which allows time for both dedicated therapeutic work and a brief wrap-up.
How do I access my secure client portal?
Once you book your first appointment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to our secure client portal. From there, you can easily manage your appointments and securely connect with your practitioner.
What If I Can’t Get My Camera or Microphone to Work?
If you encounter issues, try using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome by copying the link from your email. Check if your computer has function buttons above your keyboard for mic and camera settings.
How Is Confidentiality Handled?
Sessions are confidential, with few exceptions, such as if a child is in danger, if thereโs a threat of immediate harm to someone, or if court-ordered. This is not an exhaustive list, but you will receive a comprehensive
overview of our confidentiality policy to review and sign before starting therapy.
What If I Decide to Change Therapists?
Your new therapist will not have access to your file without your permission. Please call our office to discuss information exchange.
My Child Is a Minor and I Want Them to See a Therapist. What Do I Need to Do?
Please call our office to discuss the specific requirements and consent needed for therapy with minors.
What If I Need to Cancel Last Minute and It’s After Office Hours?
For cancellations after 5 PM or on weekends, please reply to your text message reminder. Note, you may still receive a call from your therapist, and a late cancellation fee might apply.
